Funding comes from donations from individuals, businesses, corporations, foundations, civic groups, schools, and the United Way of South Texas. The Palmer Drug Abuse Program is a nonprofit 501 (c) 3 agency. We do not solicit or accept government funds, however, we rely on the benevolence of private donors to help sustain agency operations. The reason is pretty simple....PDAP is successful because of our atmosphere of love and understanding. We see no reason to change our successful formula or mold our program to fit government policy. We do accept donations at any time during the year....all of which are fully tax-deductible. Donate Online Now! We have the ability to accept donations online. (aka: Friends of PDAP) During our annual campaign, many of our strongest supporters join the Friends of PDAP program and receive a monthly invoice from our administrative staff.
